Online Shopping Process

    2. Click CHECKOUT after shopping and reviewing the order
    3. Enter shipping and payment details, and click MAKE PAYMENT to complete the order
    • You will receive a confirmation number via email immediately after completing the order. Our customer service will call you within 48 hours to reconfirm the order and payment details.

Shipping

    • ※Delivery is currently available within Taiwan only.

    • To ensure on time delivery, please provide accurate information requested on the Checkout page. Should any information needs to be clarified, we will contact you directly before shipping.
    • If you are paying online, the information you provided on the Checkout page will be verified by your credit card company. Once the transaction is approved by your credit card company, your shipment together with the GUI, if requested, will arrive at the shipping address within seven working days.
    • No delivery on Saturday, Sunday, nor public holiday.
    • We ship your orders to main island of Taiwan only. We are unable to ship to remote islands of Taiwan or international countries and regions.

Return/Refund

    • Due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns, food products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect. We cannot accept the return of opened items.
    • Please contact and advise our customer service immediately the return reason and the order confirmation number. Please photograph the product(s) and the receipt concerned, and email the files to shop@ambassador-hotels.com. Please specify Return and Refund in the subject line of the email.
